Where does the driver leave my package?
The InHome Driver leaves your package just inside the front door and does not enter your home.
What happens if I’m home during the delivery?
If you happen to be home during the delivery then our driver will proceed to deliver your package as a regular delivery. We always knock on the door to make sure no one is home, before using the one-time access key.
