Welcome to the GLUE Homescreen

From here you have an overview of your selected lock. See the status of your door, hub connectivity and battery levels. 

 From the Homescreen you can easily navigate to the Activity Log, InHome and Settings screens with one click. Feel secure knowing you are in control of your home.

  • Settings navigation: Here you can manage your locks, properties, manage hubs and see your preferences.

  • Property and Lock: Click to switch between different properties. Swipe right and left to access your different locks at the selected property.

  • Battery status: Tap to check battery level, bluetooth connection and Hub status.

  • Lock Status: The status of your door will be displayed here

  • Locking and unlocking: Swipe the locked padlock down to lock your door. Swipe the unlocked padlock up to unlock.

  • Key Holders & Activity: Tap or swipe ‘More’ to access Key Holders and Activity log

  • InHome deliveries: Here you can manage your previous and upcoming InHome deliveries.

We integrate with well known brands so you can shop online as usual and have, packages, groceries and services delivered InHome.

  • Active deliveries: See your ongoing InHome deliveries and their status.

  • Delivery History: Tap to see your previous InHome deliveries.

Lock Status

By tapping the three icons below the door name, you can check the status of the lock including Bluetooth connection, battery levels and Hub status.

Important: Make sure to replace your batteries as soon as the percentage level drops below 15%.

Locking and unlocking

To unlock your door, swipe the ‘open padlock’ icon upwards and release. The app will now connect with you lock, this might take a few seconds. To lock your door, swipe the ‘locked padlock’ icon downwards and release.

Invite loved ones to your home

Create an entire ecosystem for your home and invite your loved ones. feel confident that your home is safe by tracking the activity on your lock.

  • Add a Keyholder: Tap the + icon to add a key holder

  • Current Keyholders: Tap the keyholder icon to manage access for the specific keyholder.

  • Activity Log: This is the event timeline for your recent lock activity, including manual operations.

Delivery Timeline

The Delivery Timeline helps you keep track of your latest and upcoming InHome deliveries. See video receipts and information about your order.

  • Delivery Information: See vendor, order number, and more information.

  • Video receipt: A video receipt of the delivery is uploaded immediately to confirm safe and secure delivery

  • Activity Updates: Each step of the delivery is updated here, so you can follow the delivery step by step.

User Settings

In the settings menu, you can manage locks and properties, Hubs or account preferences such as notifications and marketing preferences.

  • Edit your profile here, such as your name, email address, or phone number. You can also reset your password or add a profile picture.

  • Manage your locks, hubs and properties.

  • Tap here to access the Help Centre or Terms of Use.

  • Manage notifications and marketing preferences.

  • Sign out of the Glue app.
