Can I unlock from anywhere in the world with my Apple Watch?
No, to keep things secure, you can only lock and unlock your front door using the Apple Watch via Bluetooth (BLE) when you are within a few metres of your Glue Smart Lock.

With Glue Apple Watch App, your keys are now just a tap away. To get started, simply setup Glue on your watch face and connect to your lock. Make sure you are within 10 meters of your Glue Lock in order for the watch and the lock to connect via Bluetooth (BLE). Make sure the watch is regularly connecting with either your iPhone or an internet connection for smooth operating and highest security.

Can I set up Door Alert on my Apple Watch?
Yes, If you've enabled notifications, they will appear on your Apple Watch, but to view the alert or change the status you will need to use the app on your phone. Any Glue notification that appears on your phone, will appear on the watch, so long as you have set your watch up this way, you can receive notifications such as Door Alert.
Can I use Siri to unlock with my Apple Watch?
For added security, we require you to use the touch screen of your smart watch or smart phone to unlock the door rather than voice command.
Can I see Lock Status in the Watch App?
This feature is only available in the Glue iPhone App.
Can I add several locks to the Watch App?
At the moment you can only pair one Lock per Watch!
What do I do if my watch can’t find the Glue Lock?
First, check that you have the most recent version of the Watch App downloaded and make sure to always stay up to date. The easiest way to do this is to allow Glue’s app to automatically update in settings. We are frequently releasing new improved versions to make the app work as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Most of the time this will fix your problem. If you’re still having issues, try opening your iPhone Glue app to re-establish the connection. If the issue persists, please get in touch with our friendly customer support team and we’ll try and help.
If you have the Glue app downloaded on your phone, it should already be available on your Apple Watch. Follow the steps below to add the Glue app to your watch home screen.
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
Tap 'My Watch' and then tap Complications
While the watch face appears, tap and hold the screen, and then tap Edit
Swipe left all the way to the end. If it offers complications, they appear on the last screen
Press a complication, then turn the 'Digital Crown' to find the Glue complication 6. When you're done, tap the 'Digital Crown' to save your changes
